LARGE EVENTS

We hold 5 large events a year for between 50 and 200 people.

If you are looking for a special, exclusive, unique place to host a wedding, a party, a celebration of life or a corporate event we believe that The Sheds is the perfect venue.

We want you to have a relaxed and enjoyable event that is tailored to your ideas & needs.  We are here to support and help in anyway that we can so you can turn your vision into reality without the stress or strain on you or your pocket.

Events are stressful, part of the charge includes me (Mollie) as the events co-ordinator on call to help with logistics before and on the day of the event. I am here to liaise with suppliers, make sure I am on site to take deliveries and show people where to go E.g. Marquee, toilets, bar, flowers, lighting, sound system. Etc.    

 

WEDDINGS AT THE SHEDS

Unlike many other venues, we do not have a ‘Special’ wedding price or package. The Sheds offer a fair hire price for any large event. We offer an exclusive versatile, flexible space for you to put your stamp on. We want to work with you to create your perfect wedding day. We have lots of experience in events and hospitality and will be there to help with all aspects of the day including the behind-the-scenes logistics, front of house hosting and catering.

Option A

Flat Venue hire:  2 DAYS 

Full access to site from 9am on Saturday until 12pm Monday

Flat Charge £1600

(Access to the site on Friday day for Marquee erecting, but site open on Friday evening for Pizza Pop-Up)

There are lots of things to think about when booking a venue and organising an event. We have put together a list of things to think about to try and make it as easy as possible.

Option B

Flat Venue hire: 3 DAYS

Full access to site from Friday 9am until 12pm on Monday. 

Flat Charge £2500 (The additional charge is to cover the loss of a Pizza Pop-Up that normally takes place on a Friday)

Full use of gravel flower garden.

2 Lines of Festoon lighting.

Large lawn, children’s play area, area for a Marquee. (Marquee not provided)

Camping Field 

2x Fire pits.

12 outside tables plus benches and chairs. Seating for 60.

Single Toilet.

Both Sheds  32 sqm

One shed with food prep kitchen and drinks area. (Dinks and glass wear not included)

Waste disposal and recycling.

Car parking for up to 30 cars.  (Grass field, weather dependant)
